கடலூரில் 108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் பணிக்கு ஆட்கள் தேர்வு

    இலவச ஆம்புலன்ஸ் பிரிவில் மருத்துவ உதவியாளர் மற்றும் டிரைவர் பணிக்கான நேர்காணல் முகாம் வரும் 19ம் தேதி கடலூரில் நடக்கிறது.

இதுகுறித்து 108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் சேவை மாவட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் ஜெயக்குமார் விடுத்துள்ள செய்திக்குறிப்பு: 

      தமிழகத்தில் இயங்கி வரும் 108 இலவச ஆம்புலன்ஸ் சேவை பிரிவில் டிரைவர் மற்றும் மருத்துவ உதவியாளர் பணிக்கான நேர்காணல் வரும் 19ம் தேதி கடலூரில் நடக்கிறது.

         ஓட்டுனர் பணிக்கு 10ம் வகுப்பு படித்தவராகவும், 25 முதல் 35 வயதிற்கு உட்பட்டவராகவும், 162.5 செ.மீ., உயரமுடையவராகவும், இலகுரக வாகன ஓட்டுனர் உரிமம் எடுத்து ஐந்தாண்டு அனுபவம் பெற்றவராக இருக்க வேண்டும். மருத்துவ உதவியாளர் பணிக்கு ஆண், பெண் இருபாலரும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். பி.எஸ்சி., நர்சிங், விலங்கியல், தாவரவியல், பயோ கெமிஸ்ட்ரி, மைக்ரோ பயாலஜி, உயிரியல் , லைப் சயின்ஸ் அல்லது ஜி.என்.எம்., - ஏ.என். எம்., - டி.என்.ஏ., - டி.எம். எல்.டி., - டி.பார்ம் முடித்தவராகவம், 19 முதல் 30 வயதிற்கு உட்பட்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

         மேற்கண்ட தகுதியும், விருப்பமும் உள்ளவர்கள் தங்களது கல்வி மற்றும் பிற சான்றிதழ்களுடன் வரும் 19ம் தேதி கடலூர், பீச் ரோட்டில் உள்ள ரோட்டரி அரங்கில் நடைபெறும் நேர்காணலில் பங்கேற்கலாம். டிரைவர் பணிக்கு எழுத்துத் தேர்வு, தொழில்நுட்பத் தேர்வு, மனிதவளத் துறை நேர்காணல், கண் பார்வை சோதனை மற்றும் சாலை விதிகளுக்கான தேர்வு நடைபெறும். தேர்வு பெறுபவர்களுக்கு எட்டு நாட்களுக்கு பயிற்சி வகுப்பு நடத்தப்படும். மருத்துவ உதவியாளர் பணிக்கு எழுத்துத் தேர்வு, உடற்கூறியல், முதலுதவி, அடிப்படை செவிலியர் பணி தொடர்பான மருத்துவ நேர்முகம், மனிதவளத் துறையின் நேர்முகத் தேர்வு நடைபெறும். தேர்வு செய்யப்படுபவர்களுக்கு 45 நாட்களுக்கு சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும்.

2000 Prank calls flood 108 helpline in Cuddalore District

             A sizeable chunk of calls made to emergency help line - 108 seem to be nuisance or abusive calls. Out of the 25,000 calls received on an average day all over the state, 500 would be either blank or abusive calls, say harried officials manning these lines.

          A large number of such calls come from children and mischief mongers. Kids just dial 108 for fun, and end up murmuring something the officials cannot interpret, whereas mischief mongers make a bomb threat call or abuse the officials for no reason.

         “The biggest irritant for the emergency service provider so far was a visually impaired caller from Cuddalore who made at least 2,000 prank calls on a single day three months ago who finally landed up behind bars,” said a senior official at the help line. “The facility is often misused to make blank calls and the time taken to respond to distress calls would be around 90 seconds. This blocks the genuine emergency calls related to road accidents, delivery, suicide attempts, heart attack and snakebites,” the official says.

         In some cases, the officials have found the parents encouraging the kids to dial the toll free number just to entertain them while dining. “We have caller identification machines attached. When the officials call back to find out who had made the call, they would either find the mobile numbers switched off or they come up with excuses,” says an official who takes the call. “When we receive such calls from the same number frequently we put them in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) where a recorded voice will answer their call,” said another senior official.

           “If the caller continues with the prank unabated, we will temporarily block calls from such number or inform the police. Pranksters should realise that their calls may take the lives of people who are in need of emergency medical help,” he added.

கடலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் 108 ஆம்புலன்சை தேவையின்றி அழைத்தால் கடும் நடவடிக்கை

              அரசு ஆம்புலன்ஸ் 108 வாகனத்தை தேவையில்லாமல் அழைத்தாலோ, அதன் ஊழியர்களைத் தாக்கினாலோ கடும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என்று கடலூர்  மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் வே.அமுதவல்லி எச்சரித்தார். 

 ஆட்சியர் அண்மையில் வெளியிட்ட செய்திக் குறிப்பு:  

               தமிழக அரசின் 108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் இலவச சேவை திட்ட வாகனங்கள் 19 இடங்களில் நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டு, மாவட்ட மக்களுக்கு பயன்படக் கூடிய அளவில் செயல்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதுவரை 55 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் இந்த ஆம்புலன்சை பயன்படுத்தி உள்ளனர். மாதம் 2,500-க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் பயனடைகிறார்கள்.  அதிகமான அழைப்புகள் வருவதால் 108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் கிராமங்களுக்கு 15 முதல் 20 நிமிடங்களுக்குள்ளும், நகர்புறங்களில் 10 முதல் 15 நிமிடங்களிலும் சென்றடைகின்றன. 

             தேவையற்ற, தவறான, பொய்யான அழைப்புகளைத் தவிர்ப்பதன் மூலம், உண்மையான அவசரத் தேவைகளுக்கு ஆம்புலன்ஸ் சேவை விரைவில் கிடைக்கும். ஆம்புலன்ஸில் தேவையான மருந்துகள், எல்லா வசதிகளும் உள்ளன.  நோயாளிகளின் வசதி கருதி அவர்களுடன் ஆம்புலன்ஸில் ஒருவர் அல்லது இருவர் மட்டும் பயணிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் ஆட்சியர் கேட்டுகொண்டுள்ளார்.

200 more vehicles to be added to ‘108' ambulance services fleet in Tamil Nadu

CUDDALORE:

             Health Minister M.R.K. Panneerselvam has said that 200 more vehicles would soon be added to the existing fleet of ‘108' ambulance services in Tamil Nadu, for which Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has given his consent.

              The Minister was speaking at a function held at Poondiyankuppam near here on Wednesday, where he inaugurated a part-time fair price shop. At present, the ambulances could reach a spot within 15 minutes of getting a phone call, but after the increase in the number of vehicles, the service would be made available within five minutes, he said. Mr. Panneerselvam said that so far 1,17,057 people underwent surgeries at a cost of Rs.326 crore under the Kalaignar Health Scheme. It meant that on an average 200 persons were getting life-saving treatment at a cost of Rs. 2.5 crore every day.

                He said that when he visited Poondiyankuppam last month, residents made a representation seeking a part-time fair price shop and their demand was now conceded. On the occasion, the Minister gave away financial assistance of Rs.1.93 lakh to 16 Adi Dravidars for buying milch animals. District Revenue Officer S. Natarajan said that so far 4,15,147 free colour television sets and 69,442 free cooking gas connections were given in the district. During this year, 44,000 more free gas connections would be given, he added.

200 more vehicles for ‘108' ambulance fleet soon

CUDDALORE: 

                As the demand for the “108” ambulance service has gone up significantly, the number of vehicles will be increased from 385 to 445 soon. Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi has made a budgetary provision for adding 200 more ambulances to the fleet, said M.R.K. Panneerselvam, Health Minister.

                He was speaking at a function held at Pudhuchathiram near here for the inauguration of a sub-registrar's office, on Wednesday. Mr. Panneerselvam said that after the advent of the “108” ambulance service, awareness of its utility had increased. So far, it had rendered service to over 3.21 lakh people, besides helping in 81,000 child births. For even minor ailments or accidents, people were calling the number.

                   The Minister further said that there was overwhelming response to the Kalaignar Health Insurance Scheme for Life-Saving Treatments. Till now, 45,038 lives were saved by performing surgery to tune of Rs. 143.75 crore under the scheme. A total of 1.45 crore people had registered under the scheme and of them, 1.23 crore had got smart cards. Mr. Panneerselvam said that under the Young Children Vision Programme, a total of 3,624 children had undergone surgery and over 1.58 lakh children given corrective glasses. He pointed out that to enable easy registration, the sub-registrar's office was established in Nallur, Orathur and Pudhuchathiram within a short period. It would benefit residents of 20 villages. Mr. Panneerselvam distributed benefits worth Rs. 10 lakh to 50 beneficiaries and 1,440 free colour television sets.
