CUDDALORE:
The mass contact programme scheduled to be conducted by District Revenue Officer S.Natarajan at Pillaiyarthangal in Kattumannarkoil block on December 21 (Tuesday) has been put off owing to administrative reasons. The next date would be announced later, a official statement said.
