CUDDALORE:
Distribution of Elector's Photo Identity Cards (EPICs) to newly enrolled voters has already begun, according to Collector P. Seetharaman.
In a statement released here, he said the EPICs are being given to people whose names have been included in the draft rolls released on July 1, 2010, and September 15, 2010 with January 1, 2010 as the qualifying date.
The cards could be obtained from the respective Village Administrative Officers or the polling officials.
