CUDDALORE:
The Neyveli Lignite Corporation has bagged the “Change agent and leadership award,” instituted by the World Human Resource Congress, for its innovative strategies and performance in human resource management.
R.L.Batia, organising committee member, World HR Congress, handed over the award to A.J.Thirukumaran, Deputy Chief Manager (Personnel), NLC, at the World HR Conference held in Mumbai recently. A statement from the NLC said that at a session on “Innovations in turbulent times,” chaired by Bhaskar Chatterjee, Chairman of the World HR Congress, was held.
