CUDDALORE:
Controversial godman Premananda, who is serving double life-imprisonment in the Cuddalore Central Prison in connection with rape and murder cases, has been admitted to the government headquarters hospital here. Hospital sources said Premananda was brought from the prison to the hospital on November 8 as he complained of breathing problem and swollen legs. Sources also said that Premananda had several health complications such as cardiac problem, hypertension and diabetics. So, he had been admitted to the intensive care unit with police protection. His condition is said to be stable.
