CUDDALORE:
Three teenagers who went for a bath in the Veeraperumanallur lake near here were struck dead by lightning on Tuesday. Police sources said that when Veeramani (15), Satish (16) and Muthuraja (15), along with others were taking bath, a lightning struck killing them on the spot. The bodies were taken to the Panruti Government Hospital for post-mortem, sources said.
