CUDDALORE:
Members of the Federation of All Residents' Welfare Associations and S.S.Subbaraya Nagar Residents' Welfare Association formed a human chain at the Uzhavar Sandhai here on Thursday. It was aimed at drawing the attention of authorities to the need for the speedy execution of a subway at the Lawrence Road level-crossing here.
