CUDDALORE:
The bust of Dr B.R.Ambedkar, installed at Kuyavanpettai colony, within the Annamalai Nagar police station limits at Chidambaram, was found defiled with a string of footwear on Monday morning. The residents registered their protest by blocking the traffic for about an hour. However, after the officials gave an assurance that the culprits would be traced and duly punished they dispersed peacefully.
