CUDDALORE:
Two girls studying in Class VII, V. Premalatha (13) and S. Sathya (13) of Andarmullipalayam near Pudhuchathiram, drowned in the Paravanaru on Sunday.
On information the police, went to the spot, retrieved the bodies and sent them for post-mortem. Police sources said that the victims drowned while trying to fetch twigs from the other side of the river.
