CUDDALORE:
Two women were robbed at knife point at their house by two unidentified youth at Pakkiripalayam near Panruti on Tuesday night. Police said the offenders entered the house of Abdul Kareem (60) when he was away and threatened his wife Namiza Bi and daughter-in-law Razia Begum to part with their gold jewellery. When the women refused, they pulled out a knife and snatched away 14 sovereigns of jewellery and two cell phones. The police have booked a case.
