Trouble in Cuddalore District - Bus Traveling from Panruti to Cuddalore

         For a bus traveling from Panruti to Cuddalore, it takes some 45 minutes journey. if that bus is forced to go into this Nellikuppam bus stand, it adds up to 10 minutes to the journey time. - its probably not a traveller friendly one
The main road at this bus stand is very narrow. 

            If every bus to and fro into this bus stand is making a turn on this not so broader road, this will result in traffic jam on the cuddalore-panruti road. it surely is a dampner to the traffic. 

           

              Nellikuppam, being a small town enroute, people will be more comfortable to hop on and hop off the buses while the buses are stopping at the stops situated on the main road itself. if town buses are operated from nellikuppam bus stand to cuddalore or nellikuppam bus stand to panruti, definitely there would not be much crowd, which once again is not a profitable one in the view of the bus operator.

            

        Ofcourse there are more demerits for this nellikuppam bus stand than the benefits it could make out to add money to the coffers of the government.

           while a whopping Rs.1 Crore of public money is spent on this ill planned bus stand, why not the same money is used to widen the road and make it comfortable for the vehicle users.
